About
The Istituzione Fondazione Bevilacqua La Masa and Fondazione Musei Civici di Venezia are offering 25 artist studios for a one-year residency program from November 2026 to October 2027. Fifteen studios are located in Venice (Giudecca or Palazzo Carminati) and ten in Mestre (Emeroteca dell’Arte). The program is open to young artists aged 18 to 30 who reside in Veneto or are domiciled in the Metropolitan City of Venice, welcoming all artistic languages. Artists will participate in a training program with cultural operators, including open studios, seminars, and workshops, culminating in a final exhibition. Some selected artists will also have the opportunity for an additional 1-month residency abroad in 2027, supported by MAECI, which includes accommodation, a €2,500 scholarship, and travel. A mentorship program focusing on gender equality and social equity is also offered in collaboration with Fondazione Marisa Bellisario.
