Business Registration
Business registration is currently in progress. As a sole proprietor operating below the Kaufmann threshold, registration with the Handelsregister is not strictly required; we intend to complete trade registration (Gewerbeanmeldung) and tax registration with the Finanzamt Berlin during June 2026.
Once issued, the following identifiers will be added here:
- Trade registration (Gewerbeanmeldung) number — pending, expected June 2026.
- Tax ID (Steuernummer) — pending, expected June 2026.
- VAT identification number (Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer, USt-IdNr.) — pending, expected June 2026; until issued, no VAT is separately invoiced (§ 19 UStG small-business rule may apply).

EU Online Dispute Resolution

Our email for dispute-related correspondence is legal@opencallradar.com. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for Content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages according to § 7 para. 1 TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the time of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove the affected content immediately.

Our service aggregates links to external third-party websites (the very purpose of OpenCall Radar). We have no influence over the content of those linked sites and cannot assume any responsibility for their content. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; no illegal content was evident at that time. Permanent content-based monitoring of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. If we become aware of legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
