What's included in the €3.9 / month subscription?
Full access to every active open call, residency, grant and prize we track — with no row limit — plus deadline grouping, smart filters (region, fee, discipline), and weekly-refreshed listings from 30+ sources. Free users see a limited preview of the same catalog.
How do I cancel?
Cancellation will be available from your account settings the moment the payment flow is live. Until then, or if you prefer, email support@opencallradar.com and we will cancel within one business day. No retention calls, no friction.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — if you are in the EU/EEA you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the first payment date, and we refund any other reasonable request on a case-by-case basis. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.
Is VAT included? Do I get an invoice?
The €3.9 shown is the price you pay — our Merchant of Record handles any applicable VAT and issues a VAT-compliant receipt to the email on your account. For EU business customers, a valid VAT ID supplied at checkout routes the transaction under the reverse-charge mechanism where applicable.
Is payment secure? Do you store my card?
We never see or store your card. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant Merchant of Record; our servers only receive a tokenised reference that cannot be used to charge you outside of OpenCall Radar.
How often is the opportunity list updated?
New listings are crawled and deduplicated every week from 30+ sources (residency databases, grant portals, national councils, artist-run listings). Deadline urgency is recomputed daily, so Daily Picks always reflects today's closing windows.
