Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when you subscribe to OpenCall Radar. This Refund Policy sets out the circumstances under which refunds are available and how to request one. It complements your statutory consumer rights under European Union law.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription contract within fourteen (14) calendar days of its conclusion without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent to support@opencallradar.com. You may use but are not required to use the EU model withdrawal form. The withdrawal is effective when sent.

If you withdraw within 14 days, we will refund all payments received from you for the withdrawn subscription period, using the same means of payment as the original transaction, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription using either of the following methods:

  • Through your account settings (self-service cancellation will be available at launch of the payment flow; an account setting link appears once billing is live).
  • By sending a cancellation request to support@opencallradar.com from the email address associated with your account. We will confirm receipt within two business days.

3. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Funds typically appear within ten (10) business days of approval, although the exact timing depends on your payment provider and bank. Our merchant of record processes the refund on our instruction and you may receive their notification separately.

4. Pro-Rata and Partial Refunds

Beyond the 14-day withdrawal window, monthly subscriptions are not pro-rated. If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and no partial refund is issued for the unused portion. This matches standard industry practice for digital subscription services and is disclosed here for full transparency.

5. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer (a "chargeback") instead of contacting us first, we may pause or terminate your account while the dispute is investigated. We strongly encourage you to reach out to support@opencallradar.com before initiating a chargeback — nearly all billing questions can be resolved directly. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Non-Refundable Items

OpenCall Radar currently offers only a single monthly subscription and does not sell separate add-ons, credits or one-time purchases. There are no non-refundable categories at this time. If we introduce additional products in the future (for example, one-time downloads), this section will be updated to list any exceptions.

7. Refund Eligibility Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in the following limited circumstances: (a) accounts terminated for serious breach of our Terms of Service, (b) evidence of abuse of the refund process (for example, repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles), or (c) where prohibited by applicable anti-fraud law. We will explain the reason in writing when declining a refund.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email support@opencallradar.com with your account email address, the approximate date of the charge, and the reason for your refund request. You do not need to justify a request made within the 14-day withdrawal window. We aim to respond to all refund requests within two business days and to issue the refund within ten business days of approval.

9. Contact

All refund matters should be directed to support@opencallradar.com. For legal notices, use legal@opencallradar.com. Our postal address is available in the Impressum at /impressum.
