About
The Prix Art Écoconception, initiated by the Art of Change 21 association in 2023, aims to raise awareness within the French art scene about environmental and climate issues, support its ecological transition, and help it anticipate future changes. Each year, the prize rewards and supports 12 contemporary artists in reducing their environmental impact. Laureates receive a 1,000 euro grant and personalized guidance from experts at the Palais de Tokyo. The program is organized in partnership with the Palais de Tokyo and supported by the Ministry of Culture and ADEME. The 2026 edition is sponsored by Mexican conceptual artist Minerva Cuevas. The application period runs from March 12 to May 3, 2026, with the award ceremony on June 1, 2026, and the accompaniment program from June 2-5, 2026.
