- $5,000 artist stipend, Up to $2,000 and staff support to develop and implement a Residency Project. 10-weeks of on-site live and work space, private access to the Residency Suite which includes an apartment inside of a converted row-house, with an artist studio attached. The apartment includes a fully furnished bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Studio visits with guest curators, one-on-one support from staff, introductions to artists, curators, and others, professional documentation of work and headshots, promotional support.

About
The Nicholson Project's In-House Artist Residency Program offers artists time, space, and support to create and further their practice. The flagship residency is a 10-week program providing on-site live and work space, a $5,000 artist stipend, and up to $2,000 with staff support for a Residency Project. Residents receive private access to a Residency Suite, including a furnished apartment and attached artist studio. The program also includes studio visits with guest curators, one-on-one staff support, introductions to art professionals, professional documentation of work, and promotional support. The residency is open to international artists working across various mediums.
