About
The Academy of Fine Arts and Design at the University of Ljubljana (UL ALUO) invites foreign students and professionals to participate in its residency program in Ljubljana in 2027 for a period of one semester. The residency provides accommodation in an apartment in the heart of Ljubljana to support research, and artistic and design practice. Applications are welcomed from individuals or groups of up to four people with ambitious projects exploring the relationships between spatial, social, and environmental contexts. The call targets creators and researchers, including PhD students, early-career researchers, and postdoctoral researchers, working in or connected to UL ALUO's fields. Engagement with the UL ALUO teaching program is desirable. The program is open to applicants from all over the world, except Slovenia.
