One-year Studio and Work Grant

The Senator for Culture is offering a twelve-month studio grant for 2027, including a monthly financial allowance for artistic work, to visual artists living and working in Bremen. The grant aims to support young artists in entering professional life, networking within the art scene, and establishing their artistic practice locally. The Künstler:innenhaus Bremen provides a studio workspace, facilitates exchange with experienced colleagues, and offers insights into an internationally networked exhibition space. The grant concludes with a small presentation of work and a discussion at the Künstler:innenhaus Bremen. The selection is made by a jury.
