About
The Oak Spring Garden Foundation (OSGF) is offering its inaugural Fine Crafts and Design Fellowship in 2027 to early-career craftspersons or designers. This fellowship celebrates the intersection of form and function, honoring aesthetics, material integrity, and craftsmanship. The selected fellow will receive a $10,000 grant and a 2–5 week residency at OSGF in northern Virginia. The residency provides time for studio practice, research, and reflection, offering a private studio workspace, access to the Oak Spring Library, and connection to the foundation's landscape and gardens. The fellowship is intent- and inspiration-focused, rather than outcome-focused.
