Master’s programme in Fine Arts

The University of the Arts Helsinki's Academy of Fine Arts is accepting applications for its Master’s programme in Fine Arts. This two-year program, starting in January 2027, encourages students to develop their strengths and methods of expression in fine arts, preparing them for independent work as visual artists. Students can specialize in sculpture, painting, printmaking, or time and space arts, which includes moving image, photography, or site and situation specific art. The program offers individual guidance, independent artistic work, and opportunities for cross-disciplinary studies and public exhibitions.
