About

The Ós Residency, run by the Icelandic Textile Center, offers artists a home and studio space for 1-3 months in Blönduós, northwest Iceland. The program provides 24/7 access to main and dye studios, allowing artists to work according to their own schedules. Residents stay in Kvennaskólinn, a historic former women's college, with private bedrooms and shared facilities. The residency aims to provide a self-sufficient environment for focused artistic work.
