About
The Art Worker Artist Grant is a biennial grant designed to support artists whose livelihoods are connected to the production, handling, exhibition, care, movement, or stewardship of art. The grant aims to support the development of artistic work, with funds usable for various expenses such as studio time, travel, healthcare, research, equipment, rest, materials, living expenses, or childcare. There are no required outcomes or grant acquittal. For the 2026 edition, one recipient will receive a grant of $5,000 AUD. Applications are limited to the first 500 submissions.
