About
The ACES Wilderness Residency at Toklat offers a four-week retreat for individuals working at the intersection of environmental challenges and artistic expression. Located at 9,500 feet in the historic Castle Creek Valley near Aspen, Colorado, the residency provides an inspirational setting for thinking, working, and creating. Residents receive a $2500 artist stipend. Ideal candidates are those whose efforts will thrive in relative quiet and isolation, with projects focused on environmental themes. Residents are responsible for their own food, transportation, and supplies. Spouses, partners, guests, and pets are not allowed.
