## Description

The Tokyo Biennale invites proposals for "Social Dive 2027," an art project where creators immerse themselves in Tokyo's neighborhoods to explore local traditions and emerging values. The program aims to foster cross-border encounters and dialogue under the theme "From ‘Me’ to ‘Us’." Selected projects will be developed across 11 locations in Tokyo and must engage with the city's people, history, culture, daily life, and social issues. Support includes travel expenses, accommodation, project development funds, an honorarium, and interpretation/translation services.
