## Description

The Hodder Fellowship at Princeton University's Lewis Center for the Arts supports artists and writers of exceptional promise to pursue independent projects during an academic year. Fellows receive a $93,000 stipend for a 10-month appointment as a Visiting Fellow. The fellowship is designed to provide "studious leisure" for significant new work. Applicants should submit a resume, a 500-word project proposal, and work samples. The program is open to composers, choreographers, performance artists, visual artists, writers, translators, or other kinds of artists or humanists.
