## Description

The SomoS Berlin International Artist Residency offers a supportive and stimulating environment for artists, researchers, writers, and academics to realize artistic projects in Berlin. The residency, which can last from three to twelve months, focuses on production, critical discourse, networking, and local participation. Resident artists are provided with furnished living/working studios and access to shared facilities like a well-equipped kitchen, social living space, extensive library, and office. The program includes curatorial support sessions, group critiques, and explorations of Berlin's cultural landscape. Artists are encouraged to engage in public presentations of their work, such as thematic group shows, workshops, readings, or artist talks.
