## Description

The Rosewood Arts Center in Kettering, Ohio, invites artists to submit proposals for exhibition in The Kettering Health Art Gallery during the 2027 Exhibition Season (January - December). The gallery specializes in contemporary art by emerging local, regional, and national artists, focusing on encouraging new works and promoting visual arts in the Dayton, Ohio area. Six to eight solo exhibitions are presented annually with support from the City of Kettering and the Ohio Arts Council. A selection committee of regional art professionals will review submissions. Selected artists will receive a $300 honorarium, insurance for their artworks, and coverage for printing and distribution costs of an announcement mailer. The gallery does not provide equipment for multimedia installations, and walls are drywall over plywood. Various pedestals are available. Proposals should include a cover letter, artist's statement, resume, previous exhibition record, and ten images.
