## Description

The State Chancellery and Ministry for Culture of Saxony-Anhalt is offering residency scholarships for artists in 2027. These three-month residencies are hosted at the Artists' and Scholars' House in Salzwedel, a historic half-timbered house providing ideal working and living conditions in a quiet, inspiring environment. The program aims to foster artistic development and is open to professional artists, especially emerging talents with public recognition. While applications from artists residing in Saxony-Anhalt are encouraged, artists from other regions may also be considered if their work aligns with the state's interests or has a connection to Saxony-Anhalt.
