## Description

The Peyton Evans Artist Residency (PEAR) Program at The Studios of Key West offers residencies for emerging and established artists and writers globally. The program provides time and space for artists to create new work, engage in dialogue, and explore island connections. Residencies are approximately one month long, running from the 2nd to the last day of the month. The newly renovated guest house includes four artist residencies, one of which is ADA-accessible, with a shared kitchen and courtyard. While there is no residency fee once accepted, artists are responsible for travel to Key West, living expenses, and incidentals. A bike is provided for island transportation. Applications are evaluated based on the merit of past work and potential for creative growth.
