## Description

HIAP invites international artists and arts practitioners to apply for the Learning Materials International Artist in Residence program in 2027. This collaborative project focuses on socially engaged, process-orientated, and material-driven practices, rethinking our relationship with materials in an era of ecological crises. Residents will receive a working grant, material budget, access budget, accommodation, workspace, and travel support. The residency periods are 90 days within Spring or Autumn 2027 at HIAP Suomenlinna.
