## Description

The Essere Residency is a self-directed, two-week program in rural Tuscany, Italy, designed to encourage creative and personal growth for artists across all disciplines. The program prioritizes 'being' over 'doing,' offering a tranquil environment for exploration and inspiration. Residents share perspectives with an international community and participate in evening talks and three-course dinners. Individual mentorship is available, and the residency director provides personal coaching. The program dates for 2027 are September 20-October 4. The residency fee is €3900, covering lodging, meals, workshops, mentorship, and studio access. Six partial fellowships of €1000 off residency fees are available for 2027, based on need and merit.
