## Description

The Nantucket Island School of Design & the Arts offers an off-season/long-term residency from October 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027. This self-structured residency provides artists with time and studio space for personal renewal in the serene environment of Nantucket Island. The program welcomes emerging and professional artists and educators across all disciplines, with a particular interest in interdisciplinary art, art in the environment, and conceptual works. Residents can tailor the length of their stay on a monthly or multi-monthly basis. While no stipend is provided, the residency offers private housing with kitchenettes and access to shared community spaces. Applications are processed on a rolling basis.
