## Description

The Culture And Health Platform invites visual artists to apply for its Shadowing Programme 2026 in Bologna, Italy. Implemented locally by Associazione Oltre…APS, this fully supported international exchange is designed for artists who live and work in a Creative Europe participating country (excluding Italy). The program brings together artistic research, collaborative production, and community-based participatory workshops to explore how art can support collective well-being, social inclusion, and cultural welfare in local neighborhood contexts. The program runs from September 20 to October 4, 2026. Participants will receive free accommodation, three meals per day, and travel reimbursement up to €450.
