## Description

The City of Duisburg, in collaboration with the Interessensgemeinschaft Duisburger Künstler, is offering its ninth residency grant for 2027. This one-year residency invites cultural professionals under 40 from across Germany to live and work artistically in Duisburg starting January 2027. The grant includes a free studio in the Rheinhausen district, an apartment, a Deutschlandticket for public transport, a solo exhibition, and a publication of the artist's work. Applicants must have completed their education or studies at least one year prior. The application deadline is August 31, 2026, with decisions announced by the end of October.
