## Description

The Deep Winter Writers residency is a 19-day self-directed program offering writers the opportunity to focus on a creative project. It includes consultations with mentors and professional guests, as well as optional group sessions. Participants receive individual accommodation and a private studio. Scholarships are available, covering tuition and portions of accommodation and meal plans, with full coverage for Canadian Indigenous applicants. The program is designed for emerging and established writers with a publication record, who are comfortable working autonomously and whose projects are in English.
