## Description

This six-day program invites emerging and experienced cultural leaders to explore leadership through Indigenous wise practices, deep listening, and self-inquiry. Participants will reflect on their leadership values and experiences alongside a peer cohort, bringing cultural challenges to work through using wise practice principles. The program delves into governance, strategic thinking, organizational development, cultural policy, and community engagement as interconnected elements of resilient leadership. It is designed for arts and culture professionals across various art forms and organizational sizes. Funding of up to $2500 is available, with an application fee of $65 CAD.
