## Description

The Curatorial Program for Research (CPR) invites curators to participate in its 2026 program, "Elsewhere, Nordic." This fully-funded research residency will take place from September 20 to October 6, 2026, involving travel to Copenhagen, Helsinki, and Stockholm. The program gathers up to six international curators-in-residence and offers daily visits to artist studios and local arts institutions, complemented by readings on local socio-political history, arts, and culture. The theme explores the conceptual periphery of Nordic cultural life, focusing on artists and institutions working at the edges of their scenes. The program is supported by the Danish Arts Foundation, Finnish Cultural Institute in New York, Frame Finland, IASPIS, and Nordisk Kulturfond.
