## Description

The Connect & Create program, led by the Goethe-Institut and Expertise France in partnership with the Institut francais, has opened new calls for projects for 2027. The program aims to strengthen ties between sub-Saharan Africa and the European Union by supporting collaboration, exchange, and the circulation of works. Two strands are currently open: Circulation of the Performing Arts, which supports touring and diffusion of African artistic creations in Africa and Europe, and Mobility of Professionals, which supports international organizations and events hosting delegations of non-artist cultural professionals from both continents. Selected projects for performing arts circulation receive funding of €15,000 to €39,500, while mobility projects receive €10,000 to €20,000.
