## Description

The municipality of Ismaning, near Munich, offers an artist-in-residence program at the Wasserschlösschen. Two scholarships are awarded for residencies lasting three to six months. Artists live and work in the Wasserschlösschen, an idyllic location in the Isar floodplains between Ismaning and Munich, providing a concentrated and peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. The Kallmann-Museum Ismaning supports the artists, facilitating exchange and connecting them with other artists and cultural institutions in the greater Munich area. The residency includes a spacious living area and a separate studio in the former pump house. The property also features a large garden with a terrace and barbecue area.
