## Description

The Traditional Performing Arts Experience Activity Grant, offered by Arts Council Tokyo, aims to promote traditional performing arts by supporting initiatives that encourage more people to experience them firsthand. The grant is open to organizations with headquarters located in Tokyo. Eligible artistic fields specifically focus on Japanese traditional performing arts, including Koto music, Jiuta, Shakuhachi, Japanese flute, Japanese traditional percussion, Nagauta, various Joruri, Biwa music, Gagaku, Noh/Kyogen, Japanese dance, Ikebana (flower arrangement), Sado (tea ceremony), and Shodo (calligraphy). The grant provides up to 1,000,000 JPY, covering up to half of the eligible expenses.
