## Description

Dance Canvas: On Film is an initiative supporting dance and film artists in creating and producing dance films. The program annually selects up to three choreographers/filmmakers, providing production resources, access to dancers, rehearsal space, and promotion. Participants will also attend workshops from industry experts covering editing, concept design, movement for camera, producing, distribution, and lighting. Selected artists will receive a $500 stipend and the opportunity to screen their short dance films (up to 10 minutes) at the Rialto Center for the Arts in Atlanta.
