## Description

The Arts and Culture Charm Creation Grant, offered by Arts Council Tokyo, aims to support a wider range of artists and cultural practitioners. It focuses on innovative creative activities, festivals, and art projects that are sustainable and have a broad impact, involving many organizations and artists. The grant is open to organizations with headquarters in Tokyo.
